‘Laptopaddict.net’ was set up as a trial to use a web ‘Content Managment System’ in this case ‘Wordpress’. The theme for this website has been created with Artisteer 2.3 in a matter of a few hours on a cold winter evening.
The name ‘Laptopaddict’ was just the second thing that came in my head when I needed a domain name. The first domain name which came to me was already used up so then I thought of this one.
Who am I? I am a mother of four children ranging from 32 to 16 years old. My eldest son ‘Tadcan’, my youngest daughter ‘Syphokid’ and myself have each a laptop which we use extensively throughout the day. it has happened that the three of us sat down in the sitting room on a winter’s evening each with our laptop on our lap talking away to others, searching for information, reading a manual, creating graphics, or a blog on our ‘lappy’s’.
My youngest son, KMX64, thought we were very unsociable but the funny thing is that eventhough we work on our laptop we still talk to each other and constantly learn. The TV is off for that time.
